About the Draw
The Draw is for members only and all proceeds are distributed as prizes. In order to enter the Draw, the member must complete an application form in which they agree to be bound by the rules of the member quarterly draw as outlined in the Draw rules,terms and conditions . By signing the application form you authorise Derg Credit Union Limited to deduct the appropriate amount from your shares in your credit union account each quarter, to facilitate your participation in each draw. You should be aware that if your account does not contain sufficient funds on the date that such funds are requested by the Credit Union to participate in the Draw, then you will not be entered in the Draw on that date. You can cancel your membership of the Draw at any time, by informing the Credit Union in writing of your intention to do so.
How does it work?
1.Our computer system picks ten names at random from the list of members that are eligible for the draw. This process is overseen by a member of the Board Oversight Committee.
2.The ten members are then notified personally by phone and post.
3.The 10 members are invited to the Credit Union a week later, where the draw is held to find out how much each person wins.
